WPSR’s issue-area task forces are composed of healthcare professionals and other community members, tasked with taking being the lead advocates for our organization.

“Throughout the Washington Fair Trade Coalition’s fight for global vaccine access, members from Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility consistently showed up and pitched in on projects from rallies to press briefings and more. On short notice, WPSR provided a speaker for our press briefing on sharing COVID-19 vaccine recipes with the world ahead of the World Trade Organization ministerial. The speaker they provided did a great job providing global health insights to reporters and handling questions. WFTC is grateful for WPSR’s advocacy on this issue and many others”
