Job Announcement
Executive Director

Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility (WPSR) brings the trusted voice of health professionals to some of the most urgent challenges facing humanity: nuclear weapons, climate change, and economic inequity. For more than 45 years, WPSR has mobilized health professionals and community advocates across Washington State to advance policies that protect human health and create a more just, peaceful, and sustainable future.

Grounded in health equity, in our efforts to drive meaningful policy change, WPSR harnesses the knowledge, experience, and authority of health professionals, combined with the power of community partnerships, to address not only the existential threat posed by climate change and nuclear proliferation, but also to highlight root causes of injustice. Our work is supported by a committed membership base, a collaborative staff team, and strong relationships across movements.
